The poster session will be held in McLennan Physics, date and time to be decided. Poster locations will be specified by abstract index, with each poster indicated by an index card attached to the poster board. A map showing the poster layout will be included in the registration package.
Posters should have a maximum size of 4’ high x 3.5’ wide. Posters should be attached to the poster boards with adhesive velcro strips, which will be provided.
Student competitors must be at their posters between during the viewing hour. Snacks will be provided at the poster session.
Student posters will be judged by faculty and graduate students with prizes given for the best poster presentation.
